To change your payment method or details, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://tailscan.com/account
- Log in with your email address (that you’ve used to purchase Tailscan) and your license key.
Don’t remember your license key?
If you don’t have your license key, search your email inbox for an email with the subject ‘Your Tailscan license key’. If you do not have this email anymore, send an email to support@tailscan.com and we will help you further.
- Click on the button ‘Open billing portal’
- You will find your current payment method under ‘Payment Method’. You can delete an existing payment method or add a new payment method by clicking on ‘Add payment method’ and filling in your new payment method details.
