To change your billing details, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://tailscan.com/account
- Log in with your email address (that you’ve used to purchase Tailscan) and your license key.
Don’t remember your license key?
If you don’t have your license key, search your email inbox for an email with the subject ‘Your Tailscan license key’. If you do not have this email anymore, send an email to support@tailscan.com and we will help you further.
- Click on the button ‘Open billing portal’
- You will find your current billing details under ‘Billing Information’. To edit these details, click on ‘Update information’.
- Change the billing details that you’d like to update and click on ‘Save’.
